Are you interested in various cultures, getting to know international colleagues or even taking your career to an international level? Join us the 22nd of August, because all of these aspects are combined in ‘Bridging cultures’.

Together with our international colleagues from GLOBO, the GROW! Committee and Regional committee West organise an evening that revolves around the international character of Rabobank. Roeli Pot, Global Manager Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), will join us and tell something about working with different cultures and about the view and the efforts of Rabobank on this topic. Afterwards, we will engage with our national and international colleagues regarding these topics in a breakout session.

During the second part of the evening, Rabo Partnerships will share some of their experiences from working together with various partnerbanks throughout the world. They will share their insights on doing business internationally and successfully working together with other cultures. We will further elaborate on this in smaller mixed groups.

Last but not least, we’ll conclude the evening with drinks to meet, mingle and enjoy the beautiful view of the skyline of Utrecht from the 25th floor. So if you want to get to know your international colleagues, learn from them and explore the possibilities of our network, sign up!

See you in August :)

"Empowerment van onze leden hebben we laten zien door hen een podium te geven en de klankbordrol als vereniging te versterken. Op die manier dragen wij bij aan de ontwikkeling van Rabobank én die van onze leden.”

Marijke Klaver – Voormalig voorzitter Jong Rabo
