Experience the Rabo mix of generations event: Be included! 

Join our event where you get inspired by the generation theatre, get involved during the interactive session and participate in group discussions where we discuss struggles and opportunities that different generations experience within the bank. You will learn how you can make a difference individually, how we can do this collectively and grow a better world together! How can we as millenials involve other generations in the change that we need to make as a bank?

This event is organised with RaboWomen in cooperation with Jan van Nieuwenhuizen​, Member of the Managing Board and Chairman of the Diversity Board.  

There is one condition, bring a colleague from a different generation. In this way we can truly experience the different generations!

Program:​ 

16.00-16.30: Walk in and welcome with coffee​ 
16.30-18.30: Be amazed by the interactive Generation theatre​ and discussion with Jan van Nieuwenhuizen​, Member of the Managing Board and Chairman of the Diversity Board 
18.30-19.30: Meet new colleagues and share experiences during the network drinks
