Algemene Ledenvergadering 2021 Jong Rabo

Het bestuur van Jong Rabo nodigt je graag uit voor de algemene ledenvergadering (ALV) op vrijdag 9 april om 11:00 uur. Deze zal gedeeltelijk via een headphone walk buiten plaatsvinden en gedeeltelijk via Microsoft Teams.

 Agenda

• 11:00 – 11:20 uur Start ALV met een terugblik over 2020 en vooruitblik op 2021 via een energieke headphone walk
• 11:25 – 11:35 uur Videopresentatie financiën 2020/2021 door penningsmeester Paul Dijkstra
• 11:35 – 11:45 uur Ruimte voor vragen
• 11:45 – 12:00 uur Stemmen over 4 onderwerpen:

1. Vaststelling notulen ALV 18 juni 2020;
2. Goedkeuring van het Jaarverslag 2020 en vaststelling van de jaarrekening over 2020;
3. Vaststelling van de begroting voor 2021;
4. Benoeming van de kascontrolecommissie.
     

Rekening & verantwoording bestuur
Het zittend bestuur van Jong Rabo legt in de ALV - volgens jaarlijks gebruik en in overeenstemming met de wet en statuten - verantwoording af over het in het afgelopen boekjaar (2020) gevoerde beleid. In dat kader worden ook de jaarstukken ter goedkeuring aan de ALV voorgelegd. De jaarstukken bestaan uit een balans, een staat van baten en lasten en een toelichting op beide, voorzien van een samenstellingsverklaring van de accountant, gevat in het Jong Rabo Jaarverslag 2020. Daarnaast komt de begroting voor het huidige boekjaar (2021) aan bod en wordt besloten over enkele andere onderwerpen.

Jaarverslag 2020 ‘Explore your Potential’ beschikbaar
Het Jong Rabo Jaarverslag 2020 en de notulen van de ALV op 18 juni 2020 vind je op onze website. Je kan de documenten alvast doornemen. Het jaarverslag blikt terug op een bijzonder 2020, het beschrijft onze behaalde doelen en learnings die we meenemen naar 2021. Tijdens de ALV is er ruimte om vragen te stellen over de notulen en het jaarverslag.

Belangrijk: inhoudelijke vragen over het budget en de financiën ontvangen we graag uiterlijk 6 april 2021 via secretaris@jongrabo.nl.

The board of Jong Rabo would like to invite you to the General Member Assembly (GMA) on Friday April 9th at 11:00. The GMA will take place partially through a headphone walk and partially through Microsoft Teams.

• 11:45 – 12:00 Decide on the following subjects:

1. Establishment of the GMA notes from June 18th 2020
2. Approval of the Annual Report 2020 and establishment of the financial statements for 2020
3. Establishment of the 2021 budget
4. Appointment of the Audit committee.

Accounts & accountability
The current board of Jong Rabo is accountable for the policy pursued in the past financial year (2020) in the GMA  - in accordance with annual usage and in accordance with the law and the articles of the association. In that context, the annual report is also presented during the GMA for approval. The annual report consists of a balance sheet, a statement of income and expenditure and an explanation of both, accompanied by a composition statement from the auditor. In addition, the budget for the current financial year (2021) is discussed together with several other topics.

The Jong Rabo Annual Report 2020 and the minutes of the GMA of June 18th 2020 are now available on our website. The 2020 Annual Report is a throwback to last year, our achievements and the learnings we’ll take with us into 2021. Make sure to give it a read.
