Being a CFO and being a colleague during a global health crisis

One could assume that being a CFO for a large international bank in these times is no easy task, because although our 2019 Annual Report shows positive numbers, the reality for Rabobank is quickly shifting due to circumstances we sometimes can, and sometimes cannot influence. Negative interest rates, sustainability & climate change, virus outbreaks, fluctuations in the financial markets - these are only some of the factors that impact the core of our business. Not surprisingly, this has led us to the strategy for 2020 to be "strengthen our core, spread our wings".
 

During this interactive session with Bas, we want to tackle the above topics in detail and together think of ways in which we can make Rabobank better in the future.
