A’DAM
An iconic and multifunctional building where interaction and collaboration take place – that is the 22-story A’DAM Tower.

A’DAM (Amsterdam Dance and Music) consists of a spectacular observation deck, a hotel, a nightclub, and several dining and bar options. Among these attractions, the tower houses the offices Sony Music, Wink, Massive Music, and other creative enterprises in the music industry.

This impressive building is financed by Rabobank Amsterdam. Additionally, Rabobank has been a proud brand partner of A’DAM for many years and supports various cultural events. This diverse concept contributes to innovation, creativity, and the development of the livability of Amsterdam and its surroundings.

Program
We begin with a tour led by one of the directors of A’DAM and the Rabobank relationship manager. During the tour, the director will talk about the fantastic activities organized in the tower and the role of sustainability. The relationship manager will explain Rabobank’s role as a brand partner of the client and the financing process – how we financed the commercial real estate and the aspects involved.

The tour ends at the top of the tower at the Lookout, where you can swing at a height of 100 meters with a panoramic view over Amsterdam – from the city center and canals to the countryside and cows, everything is visible! (optional)

We will conclude the visit with a snack and drink in the in the skybar Madam.
