To all members of Jong Rabo, As you may have heard (to use the words of our prime minister Mark Rutte), the numbers in relation to corona are rising. This was the reason for the recent press conference where new measures have been taken. This article lists the measures Jong Rabo is taking for the upcoming Jong Rabo activities.
Since the outbreak of the coronavirus, we have complied with all guidelines of Rabobank and the RIVM in this matter. We shall continue doing so. We keep looking at the facts, recent updates and continue to comply with the guidelines as they are drawn up.
Real life activities
From 1 September we will organize activities in real life. We are called by the government to only go to locations where we can keep 1.5 meter distance from each other and other policies can be complied with. Examples of locations where this can be complied with is the catering industry, conference centers etc. We are paying extra attention that this actually is the case. This means that the location is fit for this purpose if we are organizing an activity in real life.
Good to know: we are not organizing any drinks after our activities.
Are you attending a real life activity? Please comply with the following measures:
- Make sure you have disinfection gel with you.
- Cough and sneeze into the inside of your elbow.
- Use paper tissues to blow your nose and then throw it away.
- Do not shake hands.
- Keep 1.5 meters (2 arm lengths) away from others.
- Avoid crowds and give each other space.
Do you have one of the below symptoms. Please stay home.
- Cold complaints such as cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat.
- Coughing.
- Shortness of breath.
- Increase of temperature or a fever.
- Sudden loss of smell and / or taste (without nasal congestion).
- If someone in the family or household also has a fever and/or shortness of breath.
Everything can still suddenly change. If you have subscribed for one of the real life activities, keep in mind that new measures can lead to a cancellation of the real life activity, or that it will be organized online.
Finally, we want to thank all the members for their enthusiasm for Jong Rabo during these times. It has been inspiring to see that you have attended the online activities in great numbers. We are looking forward to organize even more cool (online) activities the upcoming months and hope to see you there.
In the meantime: take care for yourself and your family. The health and safety of our members comes first.
