What do Jong Rabo committee member's do?
As a committee member you organise one or more activities together with your committee, that contribute to the themes our association stands for. Themes such as personal development, networking and team building. A great opportunity to develop your own skills and expand your network within and outside of Rabobank.

FLAIRS 2021
FLAIRS in the popular annual event organized together with other young professional associations within the financial sector. You organize this huge event together with 8 other committee members from different banks. We talk about topics concerning young bankers today, the influence you can have within the sector and your own work, but also your own future and the future of the financial sector. An amazing oppourtunitiy to meet and learn from other young professionals within the financial sector!

Next to our committees, Jong Rabo also has several project groups. These project groups work together on different themes that contribute to the development of our association, our members and Rabobank. Project group internationalisering
Do you want to expand your international network? Then the Internationalisering project group is the one for you! After two years of research, strategy building and international networking, five regions have started their own 'Jong Rabo' in their part of the world. And they could really use your help next year! As the so-called 'JR-world coach' you help bring our ambassadors in the region's in contact with our committee's in the Netherlands. What can they learn from us when it comes to organizing an activity? Which activities could they join? You'll also support them in creating their own 'Jong Rabo' with the tools our association has here in the Netherlands.

Overview of open vacancies at our External Parties
As Jong Rabo we work together with other young professional associations that contribute to the development of young colleagues. Associations that think about important topics that affect us. Sometimes our external parties look for active members outside of their own association, to ensure different perspectives can be taken into account. VCP – Pension Spokesperson (voluntary)
As the pension spokesperson of VCP Young Professionals you focus on the pension interests of young employees. You'll be in regular contact with the young professionals of VCP about pensions, and represent them within and outside of the organization; towards politicians, social-cultural organizations and the media.
