Usually we are coached by our senior colleagues who have worked in the organization longer than us, who have more experience and have a higher position. In Reverse Mentoring it is the other way around; young enthusiastic colleagues coach the more experienced and more senior managers. This leads to reverse thinking as we like to call it; it creates and encourages new perspectives, creativity and a more inclusive environment. The goals of Reverse Mentoring are to connect young professionals and senior management in a unique way with the aim of making each other and Rabobank better. We are looking for three Young Rabo members who want to guide the Reverse Mentoring program this year, we are waiting for you!
