Wat zijn de belangrijkste actiepunten van onze organisatie? Wat staat bovenaan de prioriteitenlijst van de Groepsdirectie? En hoe worden deze actiepunten met succes afgevinkt?

Binnen Rabobank werken we met Critical Execution Priorities (CEP's), onderwerpen die voor langere tijd de aandacht van de groepsdirectie nodig hebben en over de hele organisatie uitgerold worden. Thema’s zoals bijvoorbeeld een duurzame bank en de KYC hervormingen staan op de lijst.  In jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden is het zeer goed mogelijk dat je (onbewust) in aanraking komt deze CEP’s. Goede reden dus om er meer over te weten te komen!

Op 20 maart nemen Arjanne Creemers (CFO RGO (C-domains & FEC & CITO)) en Sadiye Ciftci (Control Business Partner) jou mee in de wereld van de CEP’s. Wat zijn ze, hoe komen ze tot stand en hoe komen ze tot een goed eind? In een interactieve sessie zal ook aandacht besteed aan hoe je bij grote, complexe projecten het resultaat centraal blijft houden in plaats van de inspanning. Ook supernuttig voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden! 

What are the main objectives of our organisation? What is on the top of the todo-list of the managing board in order to be a future proof bank? And how do we successfully deliver on these objectives?

Within Rabobank, we work with Critical Execution Priorities (CEPs). These are objectives which require the utmost attention from the Managing Board and are implemented bank-wide. Big topics like sustainability and KYC remediation are on the list. Chances are that you (subconsciously) encounter these CEP’s in your day to day activities. Therefore it is worth it to learn more about it!

On the 20^th of march Arjanne Creemers (CFO RGO (C-domains & FEC & CITO)) and Sadiye Ciftci (Control Business Partner) will introduce us to the CEP’s of 2023. Which CEP’s do we have, How do they come about and how are they successfully executed. In a interactive session we also pay attention to how to maintain focus on results in big and complex projects. Very useful on a daily basis!
