DEI Network Lunch

The Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) of Rabobank invite you for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Networking lunch on the 9 May, 2023. The ERGs consist of GLOBO, Young Rabo, Colourful Rabo, Rainbow, Rabo Active, Rabo Women, Rap to Work / Neurodiversity and Women in Tech (for more information: Internal Networks and Associations (sharepoint.com). The purpose of this networking lunch is to create awareness on D,E&I and our ERG Networks and the work we champion for. Bring a colleague who is not part of these networks yet to this lunch event, and become instrumental/influencer, in creating awareness about the efforts of ERGs and how they contribute to the OneRaboCulture and Growing a Better World Together.

Last but not the least, we are looking to curate a recipe book for our networks. If you are interested in sharing a recipe from your culture, please go ahead and mail the recipe to diversity@rabobank.nl which will be then shared with you once ready for publishing.
