Are you ready for an unforgettable ski trip with your colleagues? The Sports Committee and Frühstuk are taking 55 Young Rabo members and over 1000 participants from other companies to the most exciting activity of the year. Grab your skis and snowboards, because we’re heading to the breathtaking Saalbach-Hinterglemm for our legendary, annual ski trip!

Picture this: you’re sliding down kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, surrounded by the majestic Alps. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers challenges for every level. With 199 km of blue, 163 km of red, and 46 km of black slopes, there’s something for everyone in the Ski Alpin Card area.

Und there’s more than just skiing! Enjoy some of the best après-ski in Österreich, where you can celebrate a successful day with your colleagues, Alpine style. Discover the local cuisine in one of the many atmospheric mountain huts, cuddle goats at the Goaβstall and dance the night away in the lively nightclubs.

If you’re done for the day or if the snow quality is not perfect, don’t worry! This year we are staying in one of Hinterglemm’s most luxurious hotels: Alpin Juwel. It will be a tough choice between sliding down the slopes or relaxing in their amazing spa.

Sign up between the 17^th and 27^th of September and don’t miss this chance to be part of the ‘coolest’ trip of the year! If more than 55 people sign-up, a lottery will decide the lucky ones to secure a spot on this unforgettable holiday. The others will be placed on a waiting list. The order of this list will be communicated after the draw. Number one on the waiting list replaces cancellation 1, number 2 on the list replaces cancellation 2, etc. The draw will take place on the 30^th of September in the afternoon and the results will be communicated afterwards.

The deal

For 750 euros you will get:

• 4 days and 3 nights (Wednesday 19^th, Thursday 20^th and Friday 21^st of March) in one of the most luxurious hotels in Saalbach-Hinterglemm; Alpin Juwel!! Rooms will be shared by 2 or 3 people. Roommate preferences can be provided.
  • Breakfast is included at the hotel.
  • Access to the wunderschöne spa is included.
• A 3 day ski-pass for the entire area, including the Kaprun Glacier (Frühstuk will provide a shuttle this year). It is possible to book a 4^th day for a reduced fee.
• Together with the YR group, transportation via bus is provided from the Utrecht Croeselaan office to Hinterglemm (the night of the 18^th to the 19^th March) and back (the night of 22^nd to 23^rd March). This way we will limit the amount of leave days you have to take. It will also make sure that everybody is able to get back in time on Sunday to catch their train home and enjoy some (well needed) rest.
• 2 dinners to regain strength from the intense day on the slopes and in the après ski.
• Legendary après ski & Frühstuk party after party that will leave you atemlos.
• Two pre parties organised in the Netherlands to get to know your fellow Young Rabo snow angels (drinks at own costs).
• An endless amount of adventure and fun
• For the first time goers: a full and uncertified course introduction to après ski by the YR sports-committee.

Extras for your own wallet

Frühstuk provides plenty of comfortable extras during the trip, but these are at your own expenses:

• A ski-pass for an extra day of skiing (day of arrival) can be booked for a reduced fee.
• Equipment rental (or you can of course bring your own on the bus).
• Ski- or snowboard lessons, together with fellow intercompany travellers (small groups, guaranteed Dutch or English speaking teachers).
• Some good ski/snowboard gear deals through the organizing partners.

Cancellation and no-show

• You can unsubscribe without any costs until the 27th of September 12:00.
• after the 27th 12:00, and if you are lucky enough te secure a spot for the trip, we expect you to go. If for some incomprehensible reason you decide to cancel your secured spot, you will always pay a fee of 25 euros to cover for our time, budget and effort.
• If we are able to find a replacement for your cancellation from the waiting list, then the fee will remain 25 euros. If nobody on the waiting list is able to join anymore, you are responsible for finding replacement within Young Rabo yourself. If you are unable to find a replacement. You have to pay the full application fee of 750 euros next to the fee of 25 euros.
• The waiting list has been around 50-60 participants long in the past. However, the past cannot predict the future.
• There are no cancellation fees if you are on the waiting list and decide not to join.
• The participation fee is due on the 15th of December

• If you subscribed early you can find a payment link. Ignore the link for now please!! The trip will be lottery based. The payment doesn't secure your spot.
