Our organisation has been working in a hybrid way for a quarter of a year now. The principles of Rabo@Anywhere set the tone. However, every employee, every team and every department are figuring out their own new way of work. Hybrid work brings the best of the digital and physical world together. Unfortunately, our new way of work is not quite perfect yet. Continuous improvement will help us by experimenting, learning and reflecting on it.

In this hour-long session provided by the Rabo@Anywhere implementation team, not only will you gain knowledge about our hybrid way of work, but you can actively contribute to shaping it. Together with you we will tackle relevant issues that young / new employees come across in hybrid work, such as; when do we work at home and when is it better to come together at an office? How do you stay connected to the bank and make sure you are able to build your network? How do you ensure that you learn from your colleagues and keep on developing? Next to that, we will provide you with useful tips on how to improve your way of work and that of your team.
