No vacation feeling this year? Not with the Jong Rabo Research Trip!

No faraway trip this year, no feet on a white sand beach and no cocktail in your hand? Then we have some good news! Pack your suitcase with your laptop, because Jong Rabo will take you on a digital trip around the world! Every year the Research Trip committee organizes an unforgettable visit to an interesting country. But because we are not able to physically travel does not mean that we can't go on a trip. Even better, we will take you to different continents, all with their own stories, speakers and topics.

Are you interested in joining our Research Trip this year? We created a Research Trip team in Teams where we will post all activities and recorded video’s. But this is also a great way to connect to different colleagues from all over the world! You can join in Teams with this link. Even if you are not able to join this session, you are very welcome to join the team and make sure that you don’t miss out on any updates.

Next stop is Australia

In Australia we will visit some colleagues that packed all their belongings and moved to the other side of the world: Sydney. We will talk about what it is like to move so far away, what is most missed from home and what it is like to return home after a long period. We will also discuss the cultural differences between the Netherlands and Australia, both in work and daily life.

This activity will take place digitally and will be recorded. By joining you give us permission to record this activity.
